Payment Terms
The purchase of an apartment calls for huge quantum of funds. For your convenience, we offer a comfortable payment schedule that puts less burden on your pocket and also meets the standard guidelines of most home loan institutions.
- On Confirmation / Booking : Token amount of Rs. 1 Lakh
- At the time of signing of agreement : 30% of the purchase value
- Balance on work progress, payable in equal monthly installments (EMI)
- Registration fees: At the time of registration after construction commences
- In order to meet home loan requirements, agreement is prepared immediately and the parent documents are handed over in due course after completion of the project
- We have facilities for accepting foreign remittances from NRI customers.
