- October 28th, 1992 - Land Trades opens at No. 3 (First Floor), New Milagres Mansion, Falnir, Mangalore
- 1994 – Our first housing layout launched at Jeppu Bappal, Mangalore
- 1997 – ‘Royal Chambers’, our first commercial project launched at PVS Circle, Kodialbail, Manglore
- 2004 – ‘Astoria’, our first apartment project launched at Balmatta, Mangalore
- 2010 – ‘Sai Grandeur’, our first mega apartment project launched at Jail Road, Mangalore
- 2012 – ‘Maurishka Palace’, our magnum opus project – one of the largest residential developments in Mangalore – launched at Kadri, Mangalore
- 2013 - Epitomising the best of both worlds,‘Atlantis’ first of its kind project launched in Bendoorwell, Mangalore.
